BUS SEATING AND LISTS
Everyone going to NY is assigned to a bus. Now, we need to assign you to a seat. Pick a bus buddy and sign up for your seating preference. Please follow instructions on the form. One entry per pair. You must complete the form with your PSD202 account.

PERFORMANCE WEAR
All band students will need to have their MEMBER SHIRT for our performance. Students will also need to purchase a TRIP SHIRT that will be used for the Broadway Workshop. More details to come with packing.

MEDICATION FORMS
Please get medication release forms turned. You should be receiving these forms again from the school district via an automated email. Any questions regarding medication, please notify Mr. La Vallee jlavalle@psd202.org
