WATER DONATIONS NEEDED
FAMILIES – We are in need of cases of water donated in preparation for our final trips of this marching season. You can pick up a large case from the grocery store or better yet, Costco or Sam’s Club. They can be delivered to the band room before or after rehearsals. Thank you very much for your help!

MARCHING BAND CELEBRATION NIGHT (10/24/23)
Before you know it, this marching season will be over. Join us on Tuesday, October 24th, for a night of celebration at 7pm in the auditorium.
FALL RED HOUSE POPS CONCERT (10/26/23)
Our first concert of the year will be here at the end of the month. Thursday, October 26th, we welcome the middle schools to join us in concert for our annual Pops Concert. Concert begins at 7pm. More information to come soon.
ECO-CLEAN CAN FUNDRAISER
Make an appointment at any point through October to get your garbage can and recycle bins cleaned up and refreshed. A portion of your purchase comes back to our band program.

ABSENCE REPORT
If a student is missing a full band rehearsal or performance for an excused absence, parents/guardians should complete the Absence Report Form at this link. http://www.pnhsbands.com/absence-request-form/ If a student has to be gone during a sectional, guard and percussion should notify their instructors, and wind players should notify their section leaders. If there is a long term absence, please e-mail Mr. Hatcher with details. SUBMISSION OF THE FORM DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY EXCUSE THE ABSENCE. Please look at the handbook for more details.
