WOODWINDS – 4:30-4:55pm Symptom Checks, 5-7pm Rehearsal in Stadium (SIDE 2-Scoreboard)
GUARD/PERCUSSION – 5-5:25pm Symptom Checks, 5:30-7:30pm Rehearsal on East Side
BRASS – 5:30-5:55 Symptom Checks, 6-8pm Rehearsal in Stadium (SIDE 1-School side)
MINI-CAMP REMINDERS AND UPDATES
- The Slideshow from the parent meeting is available on the website, under Student Resources
- Registration is closed. We are not adding any further students for camp.
- Wear a mask and keep 6ft from others, AT ALL TIMES
- SYMPTOM CHECKS – Stay in the car, Present student name on the dash or window, once cleared-drop off or park near rehearsal space
- Bring your instrument to and from rehearsal – No locker access
- Have all your equipment including water and hand sanitizer
- Music is already distributed, you would have had to print it off or picked it up last week
- Dress up and have some fun with the Spirit Days.
- PLEASE HAVE PATIENCE ON THE FIRST DAY, THIS PROCESS IS NEW TO EVERYONE

CLASS SCHEDULES
Everyone should have received your schedules last week. Here is what your daily schedule should look like for band:
- 2nd Period (Symphonic Band)-The title is confusing, but this session is designated for Concert Band PERCUSSION. No one else should be enrolled in this.
- 3rd Period (Concert Band)-This is 9th grade Concert Band. No 10th-12th graders should be enrolled in this
- 4th Period (Symphonic Band)-This is the normal Symphonic Band.
- 6th Period (Wind Ensemble)

If you need to make schedule adjustments, please contact your counselor. Mr. Hatcher will be following up with them this week to make sure everyone has the correct schedule.

SCHOOL YEAR (Here is what we know)
- We begin the year with Remote Learning on August 31st. We are working on details this week to let you know what remote learning will look like for band. You can plan on playing at home through Zoom class sessions.
- The week of August 24th is considered a break. No events will occur that week.
- We are looking to resume evening rehearsals the week of August 31st on Tuesday and Thursday nights, from 5-7pm.
- Marching Band will be expected to have full attendance in the spring if football is in session.
