2020-2021 BAND PLACEMENT ASSESSMENT
Placement music for next year’s bands has been distributed to students and posted on the website under student resources. http://www.pnhsbands.com/student-resources/ Assessments will occur during the week of March 2nd. 8th Grade Information coming soon……
DINING OUT FUNDRAISERS
Our next dining out fundraiser is Monday, January 27th at Crave (formally Plainfield’s Delight). Coming up Marco’s Pizza (2/10–2/11)
BOOSTER ELECTIONS
An election will be held on March 4th at the regularly scheduled Band Booster meeting to fill the Executive Board positions. The positions up for election include President, Vice-President, Treasury and Secretary.
Student accounts must be in good standing if any family member is interested in running for office.
Anyone interested in running for one of these positions should contact Mike LeBlanc via email at mdleblanc@sbcglobal.net.
BOOSTER MEETINGS
These meetings are designed to help discuss supporting our band program through funding, volunteering, and music advocacy. The next General Meeting will occur on Wednesday, February 5th, at 7pm. Enter through Door P at the school.
TRI-M
Our next Tri-M meeting is on Monday, February 10th, at 2:20pm in the Choir Room.
QUINLAN AND FABISH (INSTRUMENT EQUIPMENT AND ACCESSORIES)
We have a district preferred retailer, Quinlan and Fabish, to help the needs of our students with their instruments and accessories. You may order through them and they will hand deliver items to us at our school. Also, instrument repair is highly suggested to go through Q&F. You may visit one of their locations (closest is on Rt. 30 in Montgomery), visit their website (www.qandf.com), or pick up a flyer in the band room.
