YOGURT BEACH FUNDRAISER
Students/Family/Friends/Community Members can visit Yogurt Beach on Monday, August 26th. With each order, the band will receive 30% of what is spent. PASS IT ON!

5:30pm: Warmups begin on the Island
5:45pm: Travel to Stadium
6:00pm: Senior Parents Meet at the Tiger Head
6:30pm: Senior Tunnel
7:00pm: Game Begins
8:00pm: Estimated time for Halftime (Perform Parts 1 and 2)
8:30pm: Debriefing, Dismissal, Change
9:00pm: Estimated time for pickup
SECTIONALS
Sectionals are happening! Sectional group practices are a way for band members to focus on certain skills throughout the season. Since moving to the model of sectionals over the past several years, band members have proven to progress more in comparison to performing on assessments/playing tests.
Sectionals are required and students receive a grade for attending. Winds will be every Wednesday. Guard and Percussion are typically before Tuesday/Thursday rehearsals, and your instructors will give you specific details on when to attend.
ABSENCES
With school now in session, attendance is part of every band member’s grade. The absence form should be completed for planned absences, please don’t email. It’s expected that parent/guardian complete the form. Notify Mr. La Vallee (jlavalle@psd202.org) with any attendance questions.
