LEADERSHIP APPLICATION AND DRUM MAJOR WORKSHOPS
If you are interested in band leadership for the next school year, we will have an informational meeting on Thursday, April 4th, at 2:20pm in the band room. We’ll cover expectations and the application process. Current 10th-11th graders are eligible for section leader and 9th-11th graders are eligible for drum major.
Drum Major workshops are on 4/9, 4/12, 4/15, & 4/19 from 2:20-3pm. Drum Major conducting auditions will be on 4/22, directly after school.
SPRING FINALE CONCERT (4/26/24)
Our FINAL BAND CONCERT of the year is on FRIDAY, APRIL 26th, at 7pm in the auditorium. Call Time for all students will be at 6pm. More details to come as we get closer.
CONCERT BAND/SYMPHONIC BAND COMBINED REHEARSALS
As we prepare for our FINAL CONCERT on April 26th, we’ll have Concert Band and Symphonic Band rehearse together on the following days from 2:20-3:20pm: April 11th, 18th, and 25th. The rehearsals are required.
PERCUSSION CONCERT (5/14/24)
On Tuesday, May 14th, all percussion students will perform in a concert. This allows us to give more performance opportunities for our talented percussionists. The concert will begin at 7pm in the PNHS auditorium. Call time for percussion is 6pm.
APRIL BOOSTER MEETING (4/10/24)
Our April parent booster meeting will be on April 10th, at 7:00pm in the PNHS Band Room. All are welcome to attend! The major topic of this meeting will be BUDGET for the next year. This helps us determine per student cost and fundraising goals. Please enter through DOOR P.
2024 MARCHING BAND INFORMATIONAL MEETING (4/24/24)
Spring is here! Which means we will be kicking off our Summer and Fall season very soon. The informational meeting will be on Wednesday, April 24th, at 6:30pm in the PNHS auditorium. All students enrolled in band for next year, including current 8th grades, should attend.
BAND PHOTO YEARBOOK – ORDERS DUE 4/2/24
The PNHS Band Boosters are pleased to announce a new offering for this year. Our dedicated photo team has curated a collection of stunning photos featuring our students. We are in the process of creating an 8.5’ x 11’ soft bound photo book, containing 20-25 pages of vibrant, full-color images, to complement the yearbook. This exclusive item is available for pre-order only at a cost of $30. Additionally, we are offering student shout-outs in tweet-length format (280 characters) for $20 each, catering to students at all levels and not limited to seniors.

To ensure maximum inclusion of photos and pages, we encourage early orders and payments. The deadline for all orders and payments is April 2, 2024 – no exceptions. Orders must be submitted promptly to ensure delivery in May.
JUST DESSERTS-CAFE CONCERT (5/10/24)
Join us on the evening of May 10th from 6-8pm as we feature our small students performance groups and our Jazz Ensemble. This will be a social atmosphere with desserts served. This replaces our spaghetti dinner. More information to come!
GRADUATION (5/18/24)
We are in the last quarter of the school year and graduation is approaching soon. ALL 9th-11th GRADE BAND students are required to perform at graduation. Graduation is SATURDAY, MAY 18th, at 10am. We’ll have a combined rehearsal on Friday, May 17th, from 2:20-3:00pm.
