MARCHING BAND FINAL COMMUNITY PERFORMANCE (10/19/23)
Join us as we perform our 2023 production, Valkyrie, for one last time at home on Thursday, October 19th, at 8pm in the PNHS Stadium. (Rain Date would be Tuesday, October 24th)

MARCHING BAND CELEBRATION NIGHT (10/24/23)
Before you know it, this marching season will be over. Join us on Tuesday, October 24th, for a night of celebration at 7pm in the auditorium. (This is also the rain date for the final community performance – we would have awards following the performance)
FALL RED HOUSE POPS CONCERT (10/26/23)
Our first concert of the year will be here at the end of the month. Thursday, October 26th, we welcome the middle schools to join us in concert for our annual Pops Concert. Concert begins at 7pm. More information to come soon.
CRAFT FAIR (10/28-10/29)
The annual Plainfield High School Bands Craft Fair is coming up on Saturday, October 28th, and Sunday, October 29th. Every year we need to supply a large amount of volunteers to assist in running the event. This year, our responsibility is admission along with helping in a few other areas. ECO-CLEAN CAN FUNDRAISER
Make an appointment at any point through October to get your garbage can and recycle bins cleaned up and refreshed. A portion of your purchase comes back to our band program.

ABSENCE REPORT
If a student is missing a full band rehearsal or performance for an excused absence, parents/guardians should complete the Absence Report Form at this link. http://www.pnhsbands.com/absence-request-form/ If a student has to be gone during a sectional, guard and percussion should notify their instructors, and wind players should notify their section leaders. If there is a long term absence, please e-mail Mr. Hatcher with details. SUBMISSION OF THE FORM DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY EXCUSE THE ABSENCE. Please look at the handbook for more details.
