BAND HANDBOOK
We have been covering the handbook in class. It has everything from grading, classroom procedures, attendance, and a lot more. There is a lot to it, but unlike any other classroom, we have a lot going on with equipment, facilities, traveling and more. Please review it. Students and parent/guardian will need to sign off on these expectations.

BAND PICTURES
NEXT WEEK: Full band pictures will be on Monday, August 28th. Individual photos will begin at 6pm, with the full group photo at 7pm. Picture packets will be handed out this week.
FUNDRAISE GENIUS KICK-OFF
We are kicking off our donation campaign this week. Our goal is $30,000! Students were given a form on Saturday to collect 10 contacts that you might think would be willing to give any sort of donation. These need to be ready to go for this upcoming Saturday. Here is more information:

ABSENCE REPORT
If a student is missing a full band rehearsal or performance for an excused absence, parents/guardians should complete the Absence Report Form at this link. http://www.pnhsbands.com/absence-request-form/ If a student has to be gone during a sectional, guard and percussion should notify their instructors, and wind players should notify their section leaders. If there is a long term absence, please e-mail Mr. Hatcher with details.
