SCHOOL BEGINS
IT’S HERE! School begins on THURSDAY. Students WILL NOT need instruments on Thursday. We will complete locker assignments, so students are able to have instruments on FRIDAY.

BAND PICTURES
PLANNING AHEAD: Full band pictures will be on Monday, August 28th. Individual photos will begin at 6pm, with the full group photo at 7pm.
MARCHING BAND PAYMENTS
Payment #3 is PAST DUE. (8/1) Payments can be made by check or cash in person or on Charms. If by check, make payable to PNHS Band Boosters. BOOSTER MEETING
Our September parent booster meeting will be on Wednesday, September 13th, at 7pm in the PNHS Band Room. All are welcome to attend as we discuss the budget for next year and continue with fundraising ideas. Please enter through DOOR P.
ABSENCE REPORT
If a student is missing a full band rehearsal or performance for an excused absence, parents/guardians should complete the Absence Report Form at this link. http://www.pnhsbands.com/absence-request-form/ If a student has to be gone during a sectional, guard and percussion should notify their instructors, and wind players should notify their section leaders. If there is a long term absence, please e-mail Mr. Hatcher with details.
