MARCHING BAND MINI-CAMP
We have mini-camp this week on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, from 6-9pm.
WHAT TO BRING: Instrument with all accessories, gym shoes (running shoes are best), comfortable clothing (athletic wear), Water (Get yourself a 1 gallon jug), 3-ring binder (1-inch), 10-12 sheet protectors (music will go in these, then in the binder), bug spray, and anything else you might need for a 3 hour rehearsal.

PARENT MEETING
On Tuesday, we will have a Parent Meeting for ALL PARENTS. The upcoming summer and fall will be discussed with lots of information. Please plan to attend. The meeting will be at 6:15pm in the cafeteria. A booster meeting will follow at 7pm.

Clean out your houses this weekend. Donate items THIS week. And, help our band program.
ABSENCE REPORT
If a student is missing a full band rehearsal or performance for an excused absence, parents/guardians should complete the Absence Report Form at this link. http://www.pnhsbands.com/absence-request-form/ If a student has to be gone during a sectional, guard and percussion should notify their instructors, and wind players should notify their section leaders. If there is a long term absence, please e-mail Mr. Hatcher with details.
