WINTER CONCERT (2/16/23)
Our Band Winter Concert is scheduled for Thursday, February 16th, at 7pm in the Auditorium. Call Time for all band students is 6pm fully dressed with Wind Ensemble in the band room and Concert/Symphonic Bands on stage.
CONCERT WEAR: Concert attire will be used for all concert performances. Students are responsible for supplying their concert attire:
- ALL Black Dress Pants/Slacks (No skirts, dresses, leggings or jeans), Black Dress Belt
- ALL Black Dress Top (Long sleeve button up dress shirt with collar or long sleeve blouse), Solid black long tie is optional
- ALL Black Dress Shoes – Male and Female Styles vary (No flip flops or sandals), Marching Band shoes are okay to wear-Shoes must be flats, no high heels or platforms
- ALL Black Dress Socks (Calf High), Female style shoes may not require socks
SOLO/ENSEMBLE FESTIVAL (2/18/23)

COMBINED SYMPHONIC/CONCERT REHEARSALS
As we prepare for our upcoming concert and festival, it is very important that we have as many opportunities as possible to prepare to perform at the highest level. Please add the following dates to your calendars for combined concert/symphonic/percussion rehearsals:

PLAINFIELD INVITATIONAL CONCERT BAND FESTIVAL (PICBF) – 3/4/23
All band students will be involved with PICBF on March 4th at Plainfield Central. A detailed schedule will be out soon. Current performance times are 9:15am for Wind Ensemble and 10:55am for Symphonic/Concert Bands.

These rehearsals will start in February and continue up to the trip. February rehearsals will be on Saturdays, March rehearsals will be on Thursdays after school with a Saturday rehearsal the week prior to the trip. There is one conflict with winter marching groups.
