LEADERSHIP TEAM
We’ll have a brief leadership meeting this week in preparations for Florida band and transitioning to the new leadership team.

FINAL ITINERARY: We have the days we’ll be in each park. This helps in reservations for families who are traveling separately.

Our Hotel is The Rosen Centre Hotel, 9840 International Drive, Orlando, FL.
Here is the schedule for rehearsals.
These rehearsals will start in February and continue up to the trip. February rehearsals will be on Saturdays, March rehearsals will be on Thursdays after school with a Saturday rehearsal the week prior to the trip. There is one conflict with winter marching groups.

COMBINED SYMPHONIC/CONCERT REHEARSALS
As we prepare for our upcoming concert and festival, it is very important that we have as many opportunities as possible to prepare to perform at the highest level. Please add the following dates to your calendars for combined concert/symphonic/percussion rehearsals:

SPONGEBOB rehearsals start soon. If students are considering involvement, they must have these dates available. The schedule gets busier as we get closer to the musical in March. The schedule does try to work around jazz, pep band, and other school events.
