POINSETTIA FUNDRAISER
With the holiday season here, it’s time to order your holiday plants. We are selling Poinsettias through this week. We’ll decorate the stage during the Collage Concert with these plants, then we’ll distribute them following the concert. ORDERS ARE DUE FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 11TH. COLLAGE CONCERTS
Our next concert is coming up in a few weeks. The Collage Concerts feature both the bands and choirs in a celebration of holiday music. It is a fast paced performance with one performance after another in different portions of the auditorium.
Dress rehearsal will be on Friday, December 2nd, from 2:30-6pm. This is an important rehearsal to go through the flow and staging of the concert combined with choirs and other acts.
The concerts will be on Saturday, December 3rd, at 3pm & 5pm. Student call time on Saturday will be 2pm. Doors open for the audience at 2:30pm.
Parents/Patrons: To balance attendance at the concerts, we are asking that 9th grade & 10th grade parents attend the first concert and 11th & 12th grade parents attend the second concert. Concerts should conclude around 6:15pm.
BOOSTER MEETING
Our next booster meeting is Thursday, November 17th at 7pm in the band room. We’ll recap the marching season, talk about our financial state, and look at goals for the remainder of the school year. Please join us, if you can. Enter through Door P. Every parent/guardian is welcome to attend.
