HAZEL MARIE’S NIGHT
On September 21st, go to Hazel Marie’s Ice Cream in Downtown Plainfield, between 6 and 9pm, and our band will receive proceeds from all purchases when showing a flier. (Flier to come)
BAND PHOTOS
Photos from our band picture day may be ordered by going to https://shop.hrimaging.com/. You will need to create an account and then add your student to preview and order the individual and group photo taken on August 29th. A portion of the proceeds will help support the band.
For any students who were unable to attend on the 29th, make-up band photos will be taken at the next school picture day on October 7th. On that day, students should see Mr. Hatcher so they can get their uniform for their photo.
FLORIDA TRIP – SPRING BREAK 2023
Payment #2 for the Florida trip WAS DUE on September 16th through Bob Rogers Travel ($450)

WINTERGUARD AND FLORIDA TRIP: For those wishing to do Winterguard and go on the Florida trip, you will be responsible for transportation to Florida after Midwest Championships. Students are welcome to ride the bus back to Illinois. With the elimination of the Universal day and a couple nights of hotel accommodations, there will be a reduced cost of $315 off of the package, reflected in the final payment. Please notify Mr. Hatcher by Friday, September 16th if you are committing to this.

ABSENCE REPORT
If a student is missing a full band rehearsal or performance for an excused absence, parents/guardians should complete the Absence Report Form at this link. http://www.pnhsbands.com/absence-request-form/ If a student has to be gone during a sectional, guard and percussion should notify their instructors, and wind players should notify their section leaders.
