MARCHING BAND THIS WEEK
A bit of a different week with a Football Game being on Thursday. Rehearsals will be Tuesday and Wednesday. No wind sectionals this week. Guard staff has yet to decide on sectionals.
SENIOR NIGHT FOOTBALL GAME (9/15/22)
We celebrate our Seniors this Thursday night at the Football Game. Similar schedule to the last game. At 5pm the Uniform Closet opens and at 5:30pm Warmups begin. We will be done after halftime.
SENIOR PARENTS: Meet at 6pm by the Tiger Head. Senior recognition will occur directly after the JV game.

FLORIDA TRIP – SPRING BREAK 2023
Payment #2 for the Florida trip is due on September 16th through Bob Rogers Travel ($450)

WINTERGUARD AND FLORIDA TRIP: For those wishing to do Winterguard and go on the Florida trip, you will be responsible for transportation to Florida after Midwest Championships. Students are welcome to ride the bus back to Illinois. With the elimination of the Universal day and a couple nights of hotel accommodations, there will be a reduced cost of $315 off of the package, reflected in the final payment. Please notify Mr. Hatcher by Friday, September 16th if you are committing to this.

ABSENCE REPORT
If a student is missing a full band rehearsal or performance for an excused absence, parents/guardians should complete the Absence Report Form at this link. http://www.pnhsbands.com/absence-request-form/ If a student has to be gone during a sectional, guard and percussion should notify their instructors, and wind players should notify their section leaders.
