5:30pm Uniform Closet Opens – See uniform dress policy
6:00pm Individual Portraits begin in Gymnasium – Bring Instruments
7:00pm Group Photo in West Bleachers of Gym
7:30pm Remaining Individual photos
8:00pm Last Call
If students have completed their individual and group photo, they are then dismissed to change and leave.
15% of pictures purchases will come back to help our band program.
FUNDRAISE GENIUS
We are off to a great start with Fundraise Genius. Thank you to the 75 students who have registered and submitted your contacts! Participation of each band member makes this fundraiser as successful as possible. If you haven’t already, please register your Fundraise Genius account here: https://www.fundraisegenius.com/pn2038/go. Once you have registered your account, add your contacts. The goal is at least 10 contacts per student. We would like to send the Fundraise Genius email to the contacts in one week, so please make sure you complete these tasks by Friday. If have already loaded your contacts and think of someone new, that’s great! You can add additional contacts through Friday. Remember, everyone who raises $250 or more will be entered into a drawing for $100, and our top fundraiser will win $100.

8:00pm Estimated Time of Half Time
We will not stay at the game past half time
Following the performance, we’ll go back to the band room, change, dismissed

ABSENCE REPORT
If a student is missing a full band rehearsal or performance for an excused absence, parents/guardians should complete the Absence Report Form at this link. http://www.pnhsbands.com/absence-request-form/ If a student has to be gone during a sectional, guard and percussion should notify their instructors, and wind players should notify their section leaders.
