REHEARSAL – TUESDAY 5/24 6-8pm
There are conflicts with students on Tuesday that I was not aware of until recently. In light of this, the rehearsal will be for all current 9th-11th graders, only. We’ll work on preparation for the Memorial Day parade. HGMS students will be on their 8th grade trip and winter guard and winter percussion can feel free to go to their banquet. Our next rehearsal with everyone together will be mini-camp on June 6th.
ABSENCE REPORT
If a student is missing a full band rehearsal or performance for an excused absence, parents/guardians should complete the Absence Report Form at this link. http://www.pnhsbands.com/absence-request-form/ If a student has to be gone during a sectional, guard and percussion should notify their instructors, and wind players should notify their section leaders.
FLORIDA TRIP – SPRING BREAK 2023
First payment for the Florida Trip is due this Friday. All the information is available here: http://www.pnhsbands.com/florida-2023/
BAND ROSTER (FINAL CALL)
We are finalizing band rosters THIS WEEK. Commitment Forms and initial payments must be completed to confirm the spot on the field. We will be delivering that roster to our drill writer and choreographers so they can complete their work before band camp begins.
