MARCHING BAND REHEARSALS
Our FIRST marching rehearsal with EVERYONE will be this Tuesday, 6-8pm, at PNHS. Woodwinds and Brass will not need instruments for this rehearsal. Woodwinds, Brass, and Battery percussion will work on marching and movement.
WHAT TO BRING FOR THIS REHEARSAL:
Athletic wear you’ll be comfortable in with the given weather
Athletic/Gym Shoes (Running shoes are best and most comfortable)
Water Bottle, filled (Gallon size is best)

GRADUATION
Graduation is on May 21st at 10am. All current 9th-11th graders are expected to perform at graduation. Call time will be at 9:15am and students will be done by 11:30am. Graduation is subject to change with inclement weather.

MEMORIAL DAY PARADE
9:45am-Meet at Richard Ira Jones Middle School-Assemble and Warm up
10:30am-March to Settler’s Park in Parade playing You’re a Grand Old Flag
11:00am-Ceremony Begins-Perform America the Beautiful towards the end
12:00pm-Dismissal
- This performance is for 2022 Marching Tiger Veteran Members, only.
- Wear your MEMBER SHIRT (Black), SHORTS (solid black or khaki), and gym shoes. Shirts will be tucked into shorts for uniformity. Sunglasses are okay to wear, but no hats.
- Take your instrument home on Friday after rehearsal. All students will take their instrument with them. This includes big instruments and percussion.
- PARKING will be tricky. You will not be able to park at Ira Jones. You will have to find some place around that area, or by Settler’s Park and walk to Ira Jones.
- If you are being dropped off, make the drop off point by the Avery YMCA.
- There will be no storage for cases and belongings. Leave these things in the car or at home.
- Wear sunscreen! We will have water provided.
- In case of bad weather, please make sure you are subscribed to the text service.
