2021-2022 BAND INFORMATIONAL MEETING
Join us for our annual information night this Wednesday at 7pm. We’ll talk about our band program, specifically our Marching Tigers, as we prepare for the new school year. If students are enrolled in band for the fall, this meeting is very important. A Zoom link will be sent out this week with a reminder about the meeting.
SPRING CONCERT – WIND ENSEMBLE

MARCHING PERCUSSION WORKSHOPS
This is for all current 8th-11th graders planning on doing band next year. Over the next couple months, our percussion staff will be working with students and setting them up on assigned instruments for the marching season. Click here for dates and times: http://www.pnhsbands.com/percussion/
Procedures: Wear a mask, have your items, and check-in through Door Q. (Outside Band Room Door) Students will need to go through COVID-19 protocols with self certification when they arrive..
IN-PERSON REHEARSALS
Concert Band and Symphonic Band, we will begin rehearsals on Thursday, April 8th. Rehearsal will go from 6:15-7:15pm, with check-in from 6-6:10pm. End of the year concert will be on Saturday, May 15th, in the late afternoon. Specific time is TBD.
For Wind Ensemble, on April 8th, rehearsals will switch times to be from 7:30-8:30pm with check-in from 7:20-7:30pm.
PEP BAND
Tuesday 3/23- rehearsal
Tuesday 4/6- rehearsal and Recording Session (6:00-8:00)
All rehearsals session are 6:00-7:00, except for the 4/6 date, which is 6:00-8:00, with check in at Door N starting at 5:45 PM
We are also looking at adding the following, if numbers of the band and numbers of allowed spectators permit

Jazz Ensemble- Full in-person rehearsals are on Tuesdays, from 4:00-5:30. Check in starts at 3:45 at door N.

2021-2022 BAND ROSTERS
Rosters for next year’s Symphonic Band and Wind Ensemble are now posted. Thank you to the current 9th-11th graders that auditioned! Current 8th graders will be placed in Concert Band for the upcoming school year.
BAND MASKS AND BELL COVERS
Special masks and bell covers have been distributed to students that are learning in-person. These should be washed once a week. Wash on cold and air dry by laying flat. Students are responsible for care of these. We do not have extras if students lose or damage them.
