BAND CAMP IS HERE!
Camp starts a week from Monday!! Camp will run from July 29th-August 2nd and August 5th-8th from 1-9pm at PNHS. Dinner Breaks will run from 5-5:45. We will have an end of camp preview on the 8th at 8pm in the stadium. Here is more information on camp:

MARCHING BAND PAYMENT
The final marching band payment for 2019 is due Thursday, August 1st. Pay through Charms or address checks to PNHS Band Boosters and drop them off in the Band Office.
ABSENCES FROM EVENTS
If a student needs to be absent from an event(rehearsal or performance), we are asking you to submit the absence through the form on the website. http://www.pnhsbands.com/absence-request-form/
CAR WASH
Our 3rd Annual Band Car Wash is coming up on Saturday, August 10th from 9am-1pm. This year, we are attempting to have 3 different sites for the car wash. Student participation is mandatory. More info will come out this week.
FLORIDA/DISNEY TRIP PAYMENTS

CHANGE IN FALL CALENDAR
ILMEA Auditions have been rescheduled to be on October 1st, rather than October 8th. Rehearsals have been adjusted as necessary. Fall Concert will be 10/30, NOT 10/29. The official band calendar has been updated on the website
BOOSTER MEETINGS
These meetings are designed to help discuss supporting our band program through funding, volunteering, and music advocacy. The next General Meeting will occur on Wednesday, August 7th at 7pm. Enter through Door P at the school.
QUINLAN AND FABISH (INSTRUMENT EQUIPMENT AND ACCESSORIES)
We have a district preferred retailer, Quinlan and Fabish, to help the needs of our students with their instruments and accessories. You may order through them and they will hand deliver items to us at our school. Also, instrument repair is highly suggested to go through Q&F. You may visit one of their locations (closest is on Rt. 30 in Montgomery), visit their website (www.qandf.com), or pick up a flyer in the band room.
