2019 MARCHING UNIFORM/EQUIPMENT FORM
The Uniform and Equipment Order Forms is ready to go. Please fill out the form through the given link below. This is required by all 2019-2020 Marching Band members. A couple of days after you complete the form, we’ll have payment information available in Charms. PLEASE COMPLETE THE FORM BY MAY 29TH.

BAND FINAL EXAM
The study guide for the 2nd semester final has been distributed to students. We do our final much different than other classes, as students are being tested on their concert music, we test them much earlier than the finals dates. The sight-reading final will be done on Thursday, May 23rd.

DINING OUT FUNDRAISERS
Our next dining out fundraiser is Monday, May 24th, at Chipotle in Plainfield. The band will receive a percentage of your purchase.
BOWLING NIGHT 2019
Our bowling night for parents and friends is back!! Mark your calendars: The 2nd annual bowling night will be on Saturday, July 20th at Joliet Town and Country Lanes. Registration will be due by June 5th.

CHANGE IN FALL CALENDAR
ILMEA Auditions have been reschedule to be on October 1st, rather than October 8th. Rehearsals have been adjusted as necessary. Fall Concert will be 10/30, NOT 10/29. The official band calendar has been updated on the website
2019 MARCHING BAND TRUCK DRIVER STILL NEEDED
For the upcoming marching season we are in need of a CDL driver. If you or someone you know would be willing to donate their time we would be extremely grateful! If you happen to have a supply of CDL drivers, multiple drivers are more than welcome to split the dates. QUINLAN AND FABISH (INSTRUMENT EQUIPMENT AND ACCESSORIES)
We have a district preferred retailer, Quinlan and Fabish, to help the needs of our students with their instruments and accessories. You may order through them and they will hand deliver items to us at our school. Also, instrument repair is highly suggested to go through Q&F. You may visit one of their locations (closest is on Rt. 30 in Montgomery), visit their website (www.qandf.com), or pick up a flyer in the band room.
BOOSTER MEETINGS
These meetings are designed to help discuss supporting our band program through funding, volunteering, and music advocacy. The next General Meeting will occur on Wednesday, June 5th at 7pm.
